Our vision is to create an artist-led, multi-functional creative space here in Burnley, driven by a deeply shared value about how we can best 'Make Art Everyday for Everyone' and how we can support local artists and engage with everyone in our community.
We really want to ignite your relationship with creativity, empowering you to get creative, filling the town up with brilliant artists and amazing art.
We are seeking funding to start in 2024 with 123G - with four new artist residencies, and a range of free workshops and classes, a programme of exhibitions and events, including an Open Call exhibition to share and celebrate Burnley’s relationship with creativity.
All of the activity will take place at 123, in the centre of the town. Secured through a partnership with Burnley Borough Council, we want you to help us explore ways to make the building a dynamic space that works for you - somewhere welcoming, accessible and inclusive to all, where creativity, connecting to art, artists and art practices can be engaged with openness, honesty and curiosity.
