Creative Spaces Burnley is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. We exist only through the generosity of our volunteers and supporters, who give their time to keep this creative community going.
If you have a little spare time and you value the arts, we are always keen to meet new volunteers. There are opportunities to work in the front of house, welcoming visitors to events and invigilating our exhibitions. If you have no background in the arts - don't worry, all you need is enthusiasm. And as you might imagine, our buildings need constant love and attention (and repair!) so those with hands on skills are more than welcome.
Why not get out of the house for a few hours and gain some work experience, make new friends, learn about how galleries and studios work? It could look great on your CV.
Retired? We have tea and biscuits that don't eat themselves (in return for an hour or two of your time!).
