OneTwoThree is a converted shop at 123-125 Lower St James’s Street in the town centre of Burnley, run by Creative Spaces Burnley. Two floors of office and making space are arranged as a shared open plan workspace, providing somewhere welcoming and relaxed for visual artists and arts organisations to meet and work.
There is a private arts library, meeting room, break out space, coffee bar, project space, basement storage, free wifi and a public exhibition / events venue on the ground floor.
The open plan arrangement allows for collaboration and engagement with audiences and other members, which is encouraged and supported.
Creative Spaces Burnley also runs the Salon at 160 Lower St James’s Street. This is a purpose-built set of four private art studios, available for rent to individual members who prefer a private and secure workspace. The Salon has a project exhibition space on the ground floor as well as a small community garden and fully accessible washing facilities.

If you think your organisation would benefit from access to the spaces and resources we have to offer, and enjoy working alongside the towns most creative people, annual organisational membership is subsidised to ensure it is affordable for people locally. Membership is offered to larger funded as well as smaller unfunded organisations. There are different options available depending on whether you are a small or large group, regularly funded or unfunded.
