Creative Spaces in Burnley to Hire

OneTwoThree

OneTwoThree can be hired as a whole building, (3 floors, including the ground floor gallery, first floor shared studio, meeting room and breakout space/reading room). Whole building hire excludes basement and residency studio (if in occupation). 

OneTwoThree can also be hired as individual spaces. 

Hire can be for short, one-time uses (from half days to full weeks). Spaces can also be hired on a recurring basis, for example for art and craft classes. Regular hire will require a membership of OneTwoThree. 

The ground floor space (Gallery OneTwoThree) can be hired for events, including weekends and evenings. Please note that staff costs, AV equipment, catering and technical support must be arranged with us in addition to the standard hire agreement. Gallery OneTwoThree holds 40 seated or 50 standing. 

Some events may require special insurance or licenses, which we will be happy to assist with. 

the Salon

The ground floor project space is a single long gallery space with double height ceiling and a bright yet intimate atmosphere. There is a small kitchen and garden to the rear. It is well suited to small evening receptions (the Salon is licensed) or exhibitions. It holds 25 people seated or approximately 35 standing).  

Accessibility

Our ground floors have street level access and our W/Cs are fully accessible, however there is no lift or disabled access currently to the upper floors.

Solo gallery shows

Solo art shows and exhibition opportunities are only extended to members and would need to be developed as part of our funded programme and in discussion with us, fitting with our funding, curatorial and organisational aims and objectives (please note, we are not a commercial gallery and do not offer artist representation).
